Fill in your details and your horses' details. Each horse will get an individualised sample ID sheet.
You can opt to print your own ID sheets or to have us send them out with sample collection kits.
Using the online form ensures that the spelling and details are just how you want them for every horse.
Pay for your testing. We accept credit card payments via VISA and Mastercard, bank transfers and cheques.
Take a mane or tail hair sample from each horse. Once you have your sample ID sheets,
you will need to pull a small clump of 20-40 hairs from the mane or tail of your horse or pony.
DNA is in the hair roots, so make sure that the hairs have roots on them.
Post the sample back to us. Using the sample collection kit or your own supplies, label
each hair sample with its individualised sample ID and put it in a ziplock bag.
Including the sample ID sheet with the sample is one easy way to do this.
We send you results within 5 business days of receiving commercial samples. Samples analysed as part
of a free testing offer can take longer - up to several weeks. You can nominate to obtain your results by email,
phone call, text message or post.
In the rare instance that a problem arises delaying or preventing the analysis of your sample(s),
we will inform you as soon as possible.
